What are events or conflicts that you like to read in a book. I am trying to write a book, and I want it to be upbeat and I don’t want it to slow down. I want it to keep you on your feet and once the action starts it will keep going. I also want it to have humor and slight romance. So it has a lot of different things in it. Please help.
no bossy or back-boneless main characters – ugh
romance – but not mushy and sloppy

Some sort of dilemma / Ultimatum really
Lots of energy at times
suspense
non-human people, like werewolves or people with super powers or dragons or witches …
A strong herione, call me sexist but I like women who are stronger than men, romance, a strong plot that stays on topic. I hate when plots get scrambled and cliff hangers. I light anything ifflicting magic. I consider vampires and werwolves magic. I love fighting scenes with weapons. So action.
