I have a Nikon N65 35mm SLR style camera. It has a big lens on it that says (28-90 mm D). Can the lens of this camera fit on a new digital Nikon?

i wouldn’t see why not as long as your new camera has changeable lenses and will be compatible with the lens look on the camera information or call the company if your not 100% sure but im not into dSLR but if it doesn’t work just take it back
I’m not very familiar with Nikon, but I do have the same model you have (the N65), and since it’s an AF camera, the same lenses will fit on the digital cameras (at least according so what I’ve read).
Even if it fits, does it function fully (autoexposure, autofocus) on your current camera? If so, then it should not be a problem.
Yes you can use your 28-90mm lens from your N65 on a Nikon DSLR.
